Ubi custom-curates Brazil’s top 5% talent to support LATAM strategies through a unique combination of staff augmentation and employer-of-record services.\nWe are assisting a U.S.-based company in expanding its engineering team with a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys working across backend and frontend, delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.\n\n\nChallenge\nWe’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can confidently move between backend architecture and frontend development, taking ownership of features from design to production.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building end-to-end solutions, collaborating in agile teams, and contributing to system design while maintaining a strong focus on code quality and security.\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and maintain full stack applications using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and React.js.\nArchitect backend services with clean separation of concerns and scalable design.\nDevelop and enhance user-facing features using React.\nWork across the entire SDLC in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.\nDesign and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.\nWrite and maintain unit and integration tests.\nApply security best practices, including authentication and authorization.\nDeploy, monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on planning, design, and delivery.\n\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n4+ years of experience in software engineering.\nStrong proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and React.js.\nSolid understanding of full stack development and modern SDLC practices.\nExperience with system design and architecture, focusing on maintainability.\nKnowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, and MVC architecture.\nExperience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Docker, CircleCI, GitHub Actions).\nStrong testing and debugging skills.\nAwareness of security best practices.\nProficiency with Git and workflows such as GitFlow.\nStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal – C1 level).\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)\nExperience in consumer credit, lending, loans, or insurance domains.\n\n\nPerks @Ubiminds\nWork with U.S.-based product teams.\nRemote-first culture + MacBook provided.\nEnglish lessons, referral bonuses, tech talks, and learning initiatives.\nFull back-office support: HR, career development, and admin services.\n\n\n👉 Apply now and grow your international career as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, building end-to-end solutions with modern technologies.\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Location\nRemote
