Remote Senior Frontend Engineer
\nAbout Boost:\nBoost is building a distributed incentives network so that anyone can incentivize any onchain action with any token. We're doing this to make token distribution easier & more efficient, which contributes to our mission of improving global coordination. Boost is a Series A company with a crypto-native, remote team with backgrounds from companies like Optimism, OpenSea, Dapper Labs, and Coinbase.\n\nIn this role, you'll operate as a product engineer and 0-1 and take features from conception to implementation. You'll be working directly with boost creators to make it easier and more efficient for them to distribute token incentives.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Write frontend code while maintaining a high degree of craftsmanship\n\n* Work cross-functionally to define, design, and deliver new features.\n\n* Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance of existing codebases\n\n* Own and drive feature development from idea to adoption\n\n* Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto industry to ensure our products and services stay at the forefront of innovation.\n\n* Participants in customer discovery calls, learning more about what their needs are to better scope projects\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n* At least 5 years of experience as a frontend engineer, with a minimum of 1 year in the crypto industry.\n\n* Strong technical depth with React, Tailwind, NextJS, and Typescript\n\n* A strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and API definition.\n\n* Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, along with the ability to create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that solve user problems.\n\n* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team environment.\n\n\n\n\nNice-to-have:\n\n* Ability to write backend code\n\n* Familiarity with React Native\n\n* An eye for design and interest in getting deep in the pixels\n\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n* Competitive salary and equity package, with full benefits.\n\n* Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in crypto\n\n\n\n\nIf you're a highly motivated frontend engineer and a strong passion for crypto, we'd love to hear from you.\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
