The preferred candidate should showcase a proven track record in crafting, implementing, and fine-tuning complex economies within various gaming contexts. Additionally, familiarity with associated systems like loyalty rewards and network-level currencies is essential. Expertise in modern tokenomics is a bonus.\nThe ideal candidate has a collaborative team spirit, demonstrated strong product and business instincts, exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication, and established connections within the mobile games industry.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n* Take ownership of the in-platform economy, collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and analysts to devise the economic strategy. \n* Act as the key point of contact and expert on the platform economy, covering features, live operations, and pricing. \n* Design and implement the economic aspects of features to enhance player experience, align with the product's strategic vision, and drive player engagement and monetization. \n* Model, simulate, and fine-tune the platform's economy, addressing complex systems with multiple currencies, progression systems, sinks, and faucets. \n* Create adaptable systems and data structures for rapid iteration, ensuring flexibility in the development process. \n* Analyze various facets of the platform economy, player engagement, and monetization data at both macro and micro levels. \n* Provide reports on performance, identify issues and opportunities, and recommend optimization strategies. \n* Stay updated on market trends and proactively analyze economy tuning in comparable competitive products.\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n* **Experience on 4x mobile games is critical for this position**\n* Over 5 years of experience in game or platform design and product management, with a dedicated focus of 3+ years on economy design. \n* Collaborative nature with strong communication skills, adept at interacting with product managers, analysts, engineers, designers, and executives. \n* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. \n* Proficient in modeling and simulating planned changes, foreseeing downstream effects, and making adjustments before implementing changes. \n* Detail-oriented professional capable of providing specific solutions at each stage of the process. \n* Ideally passionate about playing games across various platforms. \n* Possesses an advanced understanding of Excel, SQL, and/or Python.\n\n\n\nLocation:\n* Remote (Global)\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
