\n\n\nSales Development Representative - Italian speaker \n\n\n\n* Location: Milan (Hybrid working) \n\n* Italian speaker \n\n\n\n\nThe Sales Development Representative will play a key role in driving new business opportunities for Italy by qualifying, nurturing and setting appointments for the field sales team in support of our rapidly growing business and high growth market.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n* Strategic research and prospecting into organisations via email, calling, networking and creative means to drive early stage pipeline.\n\n* Penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule well qualified appointments with key decision makers within global 2000 or โtargetedโ companies.\n\n* Qualifying inbound inquiries by educating and developing prospects leading to appointment.\n\n* Meet and exceed daily and weekly activity KPIs as well as deliver a high quantity of well qualified sales opportunities.\n\n* Consistently meet and exceed opportunity quotas to deliver optimal sales pipeline.\n\n* Articulate Zscalerโs value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.\n\n* Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Zscalerโs technology โ and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.\n\n* Work closely with sales and sales engineering teams in the development of strategic sales approaches.\n\n* Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.\n\n* Extensive use of CRM to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\nDesired Skills & Experience\n\n\n\n* Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention detail.\n\n* Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment.\n\n* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.\n\n* Fluent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com )\n\n* Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for technology.\n\n* Demonstrated success in prospecting into Fortune 500 companies desired.\n\n* Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time and territory management desired.\n\n* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.\n\n\n\n\nEducation And Experience\n\n\n\n* Bachelorโs degree in Business or related area.\n\n* Experience in outbound focused sales position is desired; customer oriented background required (sales, support, customer service).\n\n\n\n\n#LI-PM1 \n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
