Having access to the full spectrum of digital asset data providers, you will be able to utilize your analytical skills to produce state-of-the-art insights that are in high demand by digital asset venture capital firms and investment companies.\nThis role offers competitive compensation and significant opportunities for advancement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n\n\n* \nIndex development and maintenance: Design and develop new digital assets indices, considering market needs and trends. Regularly review and update the methodology of existing indices to ensure relevance and accuracy. Conduct back-testing and validation of index methodologies to ensure they meet specified criteria and objectives.\n\n* \nAnalysis: Profound analysis of crypto assets, understanding market trends, and providing insights into the dynamics of the crypto market. We would expect the candidate to develop thought-leadership in the digital assets space. \n\n* \nStakeholder Engagement: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored index solutions, liaise with internal teams to drive index adoption and utilization, present indices and research findings to clients.\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\n\n* \nIndex Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of index construction, operation, and the business aspects of indices in the financial sector.\n\n* \nCryptocurrency Experience: Strong experience in analyzing digital assets and understanding their market implications.\n\n* \nAnalytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, especially in digital assets and cryptocurrencies.\n\n* \nCommunication: Excellent skills in conveying complex information effectively and confidently to a varied audience. \n\n* \nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL and the ability to perform data analysis and manipulation using large data sets.\n\n* \nEducational Background: Strong academic track record with B.S. or advanced degree in a quantitative domain such as Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science.\n\n* \nExperience Level: At least three years of working experience in a relevant field, particularly in roles in the investment space (ETFs, mutual funds) and index research and design.\n\n* \nAdaptability: Capability to adapt to various responsibilities in a dynamic, early-stage company environment. Hands-on attitude with a strong drive to get involved in all aspects of the product. \n\n* \nTeamwork: Effective collaboration within a diverse team under leadership guidance.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
