Your responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, writing job descriptions, sourcing and assessing candidates, conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. We are a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) and have implemented Holacracy, a non-hierarchical management system structured in circles (teams) and roles (functions).\n\nSkills: Recruiting, Job Interviews, Candidate Assessments, Holacracy, Agile, Scrum, Blockchain, Crypto.\nRequirements\n\nExperience\n\n\n* Recruiting experience: 3 years or more\n\n* Experience with recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, AngelList, Join)\n\n* Experience in the Fintech, Blockchain or crypto industry\n\n* Experience with agile organizations\n\n* Prior experience with the Holacracy management system is a plus\n\n* Prior experience with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) is a plus\n\n* Fluent in written and spoken English\n\n* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills\n\n\n\n\nYou should be self-motivated, able to work autonomously without supervision and manage your time and tasks reliably.
