Over the years Keyrock has become a company that is both idealistic and practical.\n\n\nWe are looking for:\nA dynamic Quantitative Researcher to work in collaboration with our engineers, data scientists and quantitative traders. We currently look for specialists from two domains: market making and statistical arbitrage & mean reversions. Your mission will be to help shape Keyrock’s trading strategies.\n\nWhat you will be doing\n\n* \nBuilding models to create new trading strategies\n\n* \nStructuring and implementing algorithmic trading strategies\n\n* \nBacktesting algorithmic trading strategies\n\n* \nSoftware development and implementation\n\n* \nMonitoring market performance\n\n* \nMarket analysis\n\n\n\n\n\nSkills and experienceThe successful candidate should possess :\n\n\n* A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Sciences or Statistics\n\n* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a leading market maker/hedge fund/prop shop/asset manager or an investment bank\n\n* In depth expertise of global financial markets and products, with experience of systematic market making strategies\n\n* Experience with statistical arbitrage highly desirable\n\n* A high degree of technical aptitude with programming skills in Python and / or C++\n\n* Proficiency with SQL\n\n* Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills\n\n\n\n\nOur recruitment philosophy\nWe believe the most important aspect of our recruitment process is self-awareness: we are looking for people who have a clear understanding of themselves and what they are looking for in their professional career.
