Injective is incubated by Binance and is backed by leading firms such as Jump Crypto, Pantera and Mark Cuban.\nAbout the role\nAs a Core Protocol Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the Injective blockchain.ย Responsibilities:\n\n* Develop and optimize core components of the Injective blockchain (consensus, state management, financial infrastructure and applications)\n\n* Contribute to the research and development of new blockchain features and technologies.\n\n* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, back-end developers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver comprehensive blockchain solutions.\n\n* Collaborate with external partners and open-source communities to enhance our blockchain ecosystem\n\n\nWho you are:\n\n* Bachelorโs or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n* Minimum of 3 yearsโ experience as a core Protocol Engineer ( not a smart contract engineer) \n\n* Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms.\n\n* Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust and Python.\n\n* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.\n\n* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n* Experience with the Cosmos-SDK and decentralized finance (DeFi) is a plus.\n\n\n\n\nAs an equal opportunity employer we donโt tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.
