\nInCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to manage charging electrification rollouts. They will oversee numerous turnkey electrical installations at facilities to enable fleets to convert to electric. The position reports directly to the Director of Project Management.  \n\nThe role requires significant regional travel with a focus on ensuring a timely and customer centered turnkey delivery experience. Key objectives include leading subcontractors to project completion, maintaining safety standards, reporting on progress, and cataloging results. \n\nWhat You’ll Do \n\nSales Support \n\n\nWork with the Account Executive to conduct a site assessment, including selection of the relevant sub-contractor \n\nAssist the Account Executive with the Customer during the Site Assessment process to properly manage customer expectations (i.e., tentative schedule, typical AHJ/Utility changes, etc.) \n\nPerform Site Assessments when possible with the Sub-Contractor and Customer \n\nManage the Site Assessment internal coordination with the Engineering and Estimating Department \n\nReview and validate the final site assessment quote and overall tentative project schedule and all other “Installation” costs before submission to the Account Executive \n\n\n\n\nEquipment Management \n\n\nEnsure up-to-date status on all equipment orders and status by Project \n\nAssist Accounts Receivable with tracking delayed payments for equipment (i.e., advanced payments and shipping) \n\nWork with customer to understand Equipment shipping process and requirements for reception on customer site (i.e. FOB Destination) \n\n\n\n\nProject Delivery \n\n\nManage Project in both Salesforce and Procore including master schedule in MS Project \n\nReview all Purchase Requisitions to ensure all sub-contractor requirements are documented per original quote and convert to Purchase Order in line with InCharge SOP requirements \n\nManage Change Order process with the Account Executive in line with In Charge SOP requirements in a timely manner \n\nProvide routine progress updates to the customer throughout the project delivery process; \n\nManagement of the stakeholder relationship for all projects relative to project execution and construction contract management \n\nResponsible for ensuring Site Specific HSE is followed during construction and reporting any deviations to the In Charge HSE Manager in a timely manner \n\nPerform all performance tracking (schedule, budget, risks, claims, environmental health and safety, quality, etc.) and implementation of corrective measures if necessary \n\nEnsure all projects are managed in accordance with the relevant In Charge SOPs \n\n\n\n\nProject Closeout \n\n\nPerform first review of all Commissioning Forms for completeness before sending to NOC team \n\nPerform final signoff on all Project Closeout Documents (financial and project) per In Charge SOP requirements \n\nEnsure all Project Files are saved to the appropriate Salesforce and internal SharePoint location before project closure \n\nEnsure Customer knows how to use InControl (if purchased), Charge a vehicle, and knows how to contact the Service Department \n\n\n\n\nYour Experience and Capabilities \n\n\n10+ years of Construction Project Management experience including hands-on field construction management required \n\nElectrical engineering, estimating or construction background required \n\nOSHA 10 or 30 Card a plus \n\nPMP Certification desirable \n\nAdaptable to the changing dynamics of start-up business strategy \n\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills \n\nDetail-oriented, resourceful, diligent, and able to operate independently with limited supervision (completing assigned work accurately and in a timely manner) \n\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite \n\nProficiency with Salesforce, Procore, or equivalent software a plus \n\nLeadership ability in a high-performance culture with the ability to build consensus, establish trust, and communicate effectively \n\nExtensive experience in scheduling construction at multiple sites at once and managing subcontractors and other vendors\n\nCommercial Driver's License or the ability to obtain one is desirable \n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Microsoft and Microsoft jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $90,000/year\n
