We aim to explain and address decentralisation risks for various stakeholders, while giving the Cardano community the tools and support necessary to leverage the Cardano infrastructure to solve world problems.\n\nBased in Switzerland, the Foundation works to facilitate the use of Cardano in mission critical applications across a wide range of industries and markets, anchoring use cases in the off-line world and encouraging active on-chain participation and governance.\nOur Project Management Team is looking for a Project Management Office Analyst to join our growing team. As a PMO Analyst at the Cardano Foundation you will be providing day to day support to the PMO function through various tasks, by assisting with benefits management, change management, dashboard creation and procurement, data analytics per portfolio, knowledge management, project audits, PSC and Board reporting and supporting large programs. \n\nReporting and Project Delivery Support:\n\n* \nPrepare Management Information (MI) packs for executive audiences to a high standard, which are used in various Governance meetings.\n\n* \nPrepare Management Information in a timely manner, allowing time for analysis and executive review.\n\n* \nComplete additional PMO administrative tasks in a timely manner as the project/programmes require.\n\n* \nOwn resource requests for larger programs.\n\n\n\nPortfolio Governance & Control:\n\n* \nQuality assure project artefacts/collateral submitted to PMO (Business Cases, Change Requests, Status Reports, Closure Reports, etc.) Provide constructive feedback to colleagues to ensure project management standards are applied consistently. \n\n* \nSupporting the planning, execution and monitoring of projects.\n\n* \nProvide education, training and first line support on the agreed procedures, processes and tools.\n\n* \nOwn administrative work for the RFI process (gathering requirements and contacting vendors).\n\n* \nOwnership of the process of ‘the lessons learnt’ reviews.\n\n* \nProvide guidance to non-PM’s after the business case has been approved.\n\n* \nRun quarterly retrospectives with the PMO team.\n\n* \nKnowledge management; keep PMO Confluence and PMO documentation up to date including version control and records management.\n\n\n\n\n* \nMinimum 3 years experience in Project Management.\n\n* \nPossess a degree ideally in Technology, Engineering, Business or similar discipline.\n\n* \nSolid understanding of software project delivery and various project delivery methodologies.\n\n* \nAbility to synthesise a large amount of information into relevant and concise reporting. \n\n* \nExperience working within a variety of PMO offices. \n\n* \nExperience of working on software development projects.\n\n* \nDemonstrable knowledge of project management frameworks, PMO policies, processes and procedures.\n\n* \nStrong Data analysis experience with the ability to act with discretion and integrity.\n\n* \nStrong attention to detail, but can also consider the bigger picture.\n\n* \nMust possess strong English spoken and written skills. \n\n* \nAdaptable, intuitive and good problem solving techniques. Be proactive and use initiative. Ownership is a part of your DNA.\n\n* \nExcellent communication and relationship building skills, good management and planning skills to help support projects and identify issues/risks.\n\n* \nDemonstrable knowledge on the value and benefits of a PMO function.\n\n* \nApply knowledge and analytical skills to call out portfolio insights and recommendations whilst collating management information.\n\n\n\n\n* \nPMP or PRINCE2. \n\n* \nSCRUM or agile qualifications. \n\n* \nTech experience and ideally passion or interest in Blockchain.\n\n\n\n
