\nAbout this role: \n\nWe are hiring a proven Product Marketing Director to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing our go-to-market strategies and working across all areas of the organization to improve how we act on those strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving growth, understands the power of storytelling, is a highly skilled collaborator, and excels at being the voice of the customer.\n\nYour contributions and responsibilities:\n\n\nMarket intelligence: You will own market, competitive, buyer and customer intelligence for Greenlight Guru, working cross functionally to collect and distribute intelligence that will help our teams be more effective and resonant with the market. \n\nGo-to-market strategy: In partnership with the CMO and other key leaders, you will be responsible for codifying our go-to-market strategy into actionable playbooks and materials that will help our teams effectively execute against those strategies.\n\nPositioning and messaging: You will develop and own brand and product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target market segments, and work with go-to-market teams to ensure those messages are effectively applied at every step of the buyer and customer journey.\n\nPricing & Packaging: You will develop and own pricing and packaging that effectively aligns our solutions with market needs and the customer journey\n\nMarket launches: Work in partnership with the Product and GTM organizations to effectively plan and execute how we take product enhancements to market to drive key results, including new logo acquisition, expansion and retention \n\n\n\n\nYour ideal qualifications: \n\n\n5+ years of SaaS Product Marketing experience\n\nProven track record of creating (or refining) go-to-market strategies and working cross-functionally to execute against them\n\nPerformance-focused, with a track record of delivering quantitative results to the business \n\nExcellent storyteller, able to clearly articulate how our value delivers impact for our customers\n\nHighly collaborative and communicative\n\nMedTech experience preferred but not required\n\n\n\n\nBenefits youโll enjoy:\n\n\nSupportive teammates and co-workers who care deeply about our mission\n\nFlexible Paid Time Off policy and working hours\n\nHome Office stipend for new hires\n\nHealth insurance options include a 100% company-paid plan (vision, medical, dental)\n\n401k (with company match) \n\nEquity Program Eligibility (based on role and/or tenure)\n\nThree months of paid maternity leave\n\nDisability insurance\n\n\n\n\nThis role will be located within the United States or Canada.
