You will work closely with the Product & Design team and cross-functionally to design innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base, including energy buyers, developers, and financiers. Your designs will help streamline the renewable energy procurement process, making it easier for organizations to access and utilize clean energy.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n* End-to-End Design: Participate in the product design process from concept to completion, helping ensure seamless integration and user experience across the entire platform.\n\n* User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and use quantitative data to gain deep insights into user needs and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.\n\n* Innovative Solutions: Develop creative and effective design solutions that address complex challenges in renewable energy procurement. Utilize emerging technologies to improve the user experience.\n\n* Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.\n\n* Design Systems: Help maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all product lines.\n\n\n\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n\n* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design in B2B SaaS, startup environments.\n\n* Customer Focused: Deep empathy for users and a passion for understanding their needs to create intuitive and impactful design solutions.\n\n* Self-starter: Eager to take on new challenges and grow into their craft.\n\n* Nimble: Can balance between more elegant vs. scrappy, iterative solutions based on user and business needs.\n\n* Storyteller: Intuitively understands how to craft communication mechanisms to best resonate with their audience.\n\n* Team Player: Has experience working closely with product management and engineering — understanding business and product needs and technical implications.\n\n* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma.
