Please be aware that all employees are expected to be available during these hours.\n \nYour role and impact\n\n\nWe are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to support the Clinical PMO and Strategic Partnerships team at 98point6. You will work to expand the scope of our clinical care ecosystem and operationalize strategies to close gaps in care in a virtual healthcare environment. This includes supporting the development of a clinical partnership strategy that guides our growth, vetting new and innovative clinical technology companies and managing strategic partnerships through to execution.\n\nAs a clinical leader working with our Engineering and product teams, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing complex projects to meet 98point6 goals. You will work cross-functionally to understand clinical requirements and collaborate with our engineering and product teams to design and implement reusable, scalable capabilities to support them.\n\nStrategic projects you might lead in your first year include:\n\n\nPlanning and executing our Software as a Service (SaaS) offering \n\nPlanning and executing clinical projects and programs to support efficient and effective clinical workflows\n\nPlanning and executing various smaller projects, such as improvements to medical records ingestion, custom care plan content and Safety and Quality initiatives to support clients\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\nBe the interface between the clinic, product owners and the development team, thoroughly understanding the product, helping define user stories and driving the evaluation of appropriate and scalable solutions to meet the business requirement\n\nPartner cross-functionally to build PMO framework and project planning functions - create project plans and then drive progress towards completion, holding team members accountable\n\nBroadly communicate the status of individual programs and team projects with the ability to effectively navigate project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget and roadmap priorities \n\nPerform effective risk and issue management processes to deliver high quality outcomes\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of our clinical capabilities to be an early advisor on feasibility and cost of requests from partners\n\nSupport the statement of work negotiation process with clients and third-party affiliates\n\nAbility to understand and describe complex clinical processes and issues to a non-clinical audience\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n\n8+ years of business development and/or Program or Product Management experience\n\nExcellent customer-facing skills to prioritize and nurture business development relationships and strategic partnerships\n\nExcellent track record of building and maintaining trust with cross-functional teams\n\nExperience leading projects with the healthcare ecosystem, preferably in a health system environment \n\nStrong knowledge of software as a service and the product life cycle\n\nDemonstrated excellence collaborating with technical and non-technical commercial stakeholders\n\nAbility to understand and communicate trade-offs to inform decision-making\n\nAbility to thrive with partial information and ambiguity to create structure for the projects you lead\n\nDemonstrated experience translating market needs to company business goals and objectives \n\nProven experience working with data and analytics\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills and organizational savvy\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n98point6 provides equal employment opportunities to all without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information or other protected status.
