This role is at the heart of enhancing UpKeepโ€™s culture and ensuring a consistent employee experience. \n\n\nThis is a fully remote role.\n\n\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ย \n* Remote Culture\n\n- Lead all employee engagement and culture programming including but not limited to: Wednesday Workshops, All Hands, remote bonding events, and other organized activities and departmental events as required. - Enhance UpKeepโ€™s remote workplace experience by driving connection initiatives that foster a positive and vibrant team culture, with a focus on culture activities in Slack.- Administer the culture budget, ensure both budgets are being accurately tracked and all expenses are being processed on time and within policy.
