\nMarketing Automation Specialist (Marketo)\n\nPagerDuty is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo) to support the day-to-day, hands-on execution of marketing automation programs in alignment with company and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and reporting of email, webinar, live event and integrated marketing programs in Marketo. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, and working in close collaboration with members of the Marketing team, you will leverage your understanding of marketing automation best practices and apply them to the execution of best-in-class programs. \nHow you impact our vision:\n\n\nCreate, develop, and monitor critical Marketo programs, such as engagement programs, trigger and batch email campaigns, tracking campaigns, web forms, webinar and event programs. \n\nManage list uploads, program segmentations and implement best practices in database and contact management to increase data integrity and market reach across geographies.\n\nImplement marketing automation best practices and ensure proper end-to-end testing of programs prior to launch.\n\nSupport the optimization and QA of established automated marketing program templates and workflows.\n\nEmbrace a test and learn mindset; dig for actionable insight within data by applying response analysis, A/B testing and best practices to optimize all aspects of programs.\n\nProactively monitor Marketo program performance and deliver insights and optimization recommendations to program stakeholders.\n\nEnsure all program assets and data management programs adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and local email laws.\n\n\n\nKnowledge, skills and experience\n\n\n4+ years of experience in B2B marketing environment\n\n2+ years of proven track record of building and executing marketing automation programs ( Marketo preferred). Marketo Certified Expert a plus! \n\n1+ years of experience of Salesforce.com experience, including building campaigns and monitoring Marketo integration processes\n\nDemonstrated strength in collaborating with cross-functional peers and leaders\n\nStrong grasp of marketing automation implementation best practices\n\nExperience working with Agile project management tools (Jira, Asana)\n\nExcellent written and verbal skills, time management, organizational and problem solving skills\n\nBA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar program, or equivalent work experience\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
