Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners. \n\n\nAbout the Role -Audit and compliance Specialist\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n- Risk Assessment: \nEvaluate potential risks and compliance issues in the organization's operations and financial\npractices.\nDevelop risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management.\n\n\n- Documentation and Reporting:\nPrepare and maintain detailed audit and compliance reports, including audit findings and\nrecommendations.\nDrive the internal and external audit end to end\nCommunicate findings to management and stakeholders and follow up on the implementation of\ncorrective actions.\n\n\n- Compliance Monitoring:\nEstablish and maintain a compliance monitoring program to track adherence to policies and\nregulations.\nImplement monitoring tools and systems as needed.\nInvestigation and Resolution:\nInvestigate reported compliance concerns or violations.\nDevelop resolution plans and work with management to prevent recurrence.\n\n\n- Compliance and Security Monitoring:\nEstablish and maintain a compliance and security monitoring program to track adherence to\npolicies, regulations, and security protocols.\nImplement monitoring tools and systems as needed.\n\n\n- Security Oversight:\nImplement and manage security measures and practices to protect the organization's\ninformation and data.\nMonitor security systems and networks, and respond to security incidents as needed.\nCollaborate with IT and security teams to ensure the implementation of robust security protocols\nand practices.\n\n\n- Collaboration:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance initiatives are integrated into\nbusiness processes.\n\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
