\nPosition Overview:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Henry Meds. As the Lead UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering the user experience for our telehealth platform, ensuring that it is intuitive, engaging, visually appealing, and meets the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals. As a lead you will create a high level of design while also taking on a strategic role working with high level stakeholders and execs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and other designers. In this role you will have the opportunity to mentor and lead other designers.\n\n \n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nUser-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles and methodologies throughout the product development process. Conduct user research, user testing, and persona development to gain deep insights into user behavior and preferences.\n\nDesign Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to define and refine the product's design strategy, vision, and goals.\n\nInformation Architecture: Develop and maintain a clear and organized information architecture for the platform, ensuring that users can easily navigate and find the information they need.\n\nWireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate and validate design concepts and user flows.\n\nMentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.\n\nUser Feedback: Establish feedback channels and mechanisms to gather user input and insights for continuous improvement of the platform.\n\n \n\nYou will likely have:\n\n\n* Proven experience as a UX designer in a product-focused role, with 5+ years of experience.\n\n* Successfully designed net new B2C products that make a significant impact on the profitability of the business.\n\n* Experience mentoring or as a lead designer\n\n* Experience in mobile app design on both Android and iOS\n\n* Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.\n\n* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.\n\n* Knowledge of best practices in mobile and web design, as well as current design trends.\n\n* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.\n\n\n\n\nYou may have:\n\n\n* Experience with digital health or healthcare technology in general\n\n* Previously worked in an early-stage, high-growth startup environment\n\n* Have used Balsamiq to some extent\n\n* Comfortability and excitement about a fully remote environment\n\n\n\n\n \n\nCompany Offers:\n\n\n* Platinum PPO Healthcare + Vision & Dental (Henry covers 99% for employees and 50% for their qualified dependents).\n\n* 401(k) with matching contributions beginning your first day.\n\n* Unlimited PTO.\n\n* Fully remote position with occasional travel.\n\n* Impactful, rewarding work as part of a fast-growing brand helping thousands of people every day.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\n\nHenry Meds is committed to promoting an inclusive work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
