Over the years Keyrock has become a company that is both idealistic and practical.\n\nWe are looking for:\nAn experienced and driven KYC analyst to assist Keyrock’s compliance team with its AML obligations. \nJob description: KYC Analyst\n\nPerforming KYC on onboardings, remediation and periodic reviews; \n\nGathering and analysing KYC documentation in accordance with the AML/CFT policy; \n\nSourcing data from approved public sources using the methods outlined in AML/CFT Policy and procedures; \n\nSetting up the KYC files with the required information and documentation;\n\nCompleting a risk assessment and determining the KYC risk classification of each legal entity; \n\nCommunicating with clients and the commercial team to obtain information and documentation required to complete KYC/EDD reviews; \n\nConducting screening checks using third party tools to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media in relation to the entities and related parties; \n\nEffectively communicate the status of onboarding to internal and external stakeholders; \n\nContinually look to identify issues / suggest process improvements and offer solutions to management re end to end operating model.\n\n\n\nBackground and experience\n\n+2 years in a similar role;\n\nExcellent financial crime, KYC and CDD knowledge; \n\nUnderstanding of capital markets and banking systems; \n\nA relevant degree, preferably in law or business, is required; \n\nA compliance qualification for example ACAMS or a Masters in a related field would be advantageous;\n\nknowledge of the digital assets ecosystem and crypto currency regulation is a plus. \n\n\n\nCompetences and skills \n\nProblem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nStrong attention to details.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nProfessional proficiency in English.\n\n\nOur recruitment philosophy\nWe believe the most important aspect of our recruitment process is self-awareness: we are looking for people who have a clear understanding of themselves and what they are looking for in their professional career.
