Join our cutting-edge, tech-savvy law firm and immerse yourself in a forward-thinking environment that encourages innovation. \n\n \n\nThe Role: \n\nDue to continued growth, we are recruiting an experienced IT Support Engineer (IT End-User Support/Helpdesk specialist), who will work with IT team members to provide assistance across the Firm in managing our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, MS Office 365 applications and other technology platforms to ensure we continue operate at optimum levels. \n\nAs a remote working Firm, we work across many jurisdictions, including US, UK and Europe – therefore, knowledge and/or experience of working within diverse, high-performance teams, across multiple time zones is valued. \n\n \n\nResponsibilities: \n\nMaintaining and managing the Firm’s Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Mobile Device Management (MDM). \n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure and AWS infrastructure. \n\nManage MS365 administration, set up, configuration, password changes etc.\n\nMonitor Infrastructure and perform regular health-checks. \n\nCoordinating with external vendors for any additional platform support. \n\nMaintain and Manage IT Reports & Dashboards. \n\nNew User/Partner Onboarding and support. \n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. \n\nAny other duties as dictated by business requirements or CTO. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES: \n\nStrong experience with IT End-User Support/Helpdesk & System Administration. \n\nStrong experience administering Email and MS Office 365 applications. \n\nGood English language skills to communicate and resolve issues with US/UK colleagues.\n\nExperience with Teams, SharePoint and other applications beneficial.\n\nCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent will be a plus. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nSterlington is a 100% international virtual law firm.
