We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. \n\nWe are seeking an IT Specialist to provide IT Support and ensure our employees can work efficiently and effectively. This role will also be responsible for supporting the technology within our Waltham office.\n\nYour impact:\n\n\n* Providing on-site & remote technical support across the company\n\nResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requests & documenting resolutions\n\nProvisioning computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners\n\nMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks\n\nRepairing/replacing and shipping equipment as necessary\n\n\n\n\nAbout you:\n\n\n* 1-2 years’ experience working in IT Support\n\n* A strong understanding of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience\n\nA technical, logical thought process\n\nProblem-solving skills\n\nAn ability to stick to strict deadlines & prioritize\n\n A keen eye for detail\n\nAbility to travel to our New London, CT office one a month is a huge plus\n\n\n\n\nWhat's in this for you? \n\nAmazing coverages to start.
