You'll be responsible for managing our fleet of company devices, ensuring employees have the tools they need to be productive, and maintaining security across our systems. This is a foundational role—you'll build the processes and systems that scale with us.\n\n**What You'll Own**\n\n**Device Management**\n- Implement and manage our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution\n- Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires\n- Enforce security policies across all managed devices (encryption, password policies, automatic updates)\n- Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle management\n- Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate repairs/replacements\n\n**Employee IT Support**\n- Onboard new employees: device setup, account provisioning, access management\n- Offboard departing employees: device collection, access revocation, data handling\n- Serve as first point of contact for employee tech issues\n- Create documentation and self-service guides \n\n#Location\nRemote
