Remote Inbound Account Development Representative DACH

You will be surrounded by a high-caliber team that will encourage you to do your best. \n\n\n\n\nClick here to learn about what we value at Samsara. \nIn this role, you will: \n\n\n* Provide a timely response to inquiries from prospective customers, and book demos of Samsara’s products\n\n* Receive weekly training on the Samsara way of selling, to be prepared for your next role in Sales as an outbound Account Development Representative (ADR)\n\n* Work directly with ADR and Account Executives (AE, Mid Market and Enterprise) to find new business opportunities\n\n* Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce.com)\n\n* Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices\n\n\n\n\nA candidate who meets minimum requirements for this role is:\n\n\n* Highly motivated and committed, with strong desire to work in target driven sales\n\n* Competitive and driven to succeed in a high-performing team\n\n* Curious and able to ask insightful questions\n\n* A champion of a Growth Mindset\n\n* Highly Proficient in German and English\n\n\n\n\nAn ideal candidate has/is:\n\n\n* 6-12 months of work experience in a sales environment but not essential\n\n* Experience in cold calling prospects (outbound lead generation)\n\n* Proven track record of achievements beyond work (e.g. academics, sports, charity, …)\n\n* Motivated to help building a fast-growing business in the IoT and SaaS space\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
