We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk.\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOverall responsibility for the ongoing development, application and review of an effective Risk Management framework.\nDevelop and implement risk management processes and controls having regard to the size and complexity of the OKX’s business by:\n\n\ndesigning, developing and implementing the Risk Management framework to deliver adequate identification, reporting, escalation, management and mitigation of risks;\n\noperating the Risk Management Function in accordance with the GFSC DLT Principles, any other applicable regulation and best practice;\n\ndiscovering and assessing short/medium/long-term emerging risks, analysing internal and external events;\n\ndeveloping a risk appetite framework and defining and documenting the annual Risk Appetite Statement and risk tolerance limits for all risk categories;\n\nproviding overviews of the actual risk and liquidity levels for OKX Gibraltar, in comparison to documented limits and appetites;\n\nmonitoring and reporting of OKX Gibraltar’s overall risk profile and compliance with the risk limits;\n\nreporting details of breaches to risk limits and analysis of likelihood of future breaches;\n\ndeveloping an appropriate stress testing programme in line with OKX’s key risks and reporting on the results of stress testing;\n\nproviding input on financial and non-financial risks in relation to capital planning;\n\ndeveloping appropriate business continuity and recovery plans;\n\nworking collaboratively with risk owners to ensure risks are identified, documented and managed appropriately;\n\nproviding oversight and challenge to operational processes, in particular in assessment of the risks connected with product features;\n\nmanaging risks in respect of deviations from operational processes and operational failures, overseeing and reporting on the steps taken to remediate these;\n\nproviding input on suggested remedial action required to address relevant risks;\n\nproviding regular risk reports to the Boards;\n\nadvising the Board on the impact on OKX’s risk profile and associated risks of strategic and operational decisions;\n\nestablishing and maintaining risk management policies and procedures;\n\noperating an appropriate training programme on risk management best practices; and\n\nadvising on and implementing appropriate risk treatments (avoidance, acceptance, reduce - i.e. mitigating controls, transfer etc).\n\n\n\n \nWhat We Look For In You:\n\n\n5+ years’ experience of working at senior management level within a risk management function, including knowledge and responsibility of establishing and operating a risk management framework.\n\nIdeally, recent crypto exposure and a keen interest in crypto.\n\nExperience of working in a financial services regulated environment.\n\nAbility to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders and provide practical, actionable and value added recommendations.\n\nRecognised Risk Management qualification, e.g. CRM, IRM, PRMIA is advantageous.\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n No salary data published by company so we estimated salary based on similar jobs related to Crypto, Testing, Senior and Non Tech jobs that are similar:\n\n $60,000 — $115,000/year\n \n\n#Location\nWestern Europe (Remote)
