Remote General Manager Web3
General Manager - Web3\n\n We are looking for a passionate, creative, strategic minded Web3 experienced manager to lead the Voltage DEX and its mobile app - Volt.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nThis manager can plan product strategy, deal with stakeholders, manage dev teams, manage and lead marketing strategy.\n\n Be responsible for the research and product design of DEX aggregator, and output PRD, prototype and other related documents.\n\nWork closely with market, operation, UI/UX, R&D, testing and other departments to promote the implementation and launching of the project.\n\nCheck the product documents, function design, interaction design and other links of other team members\n\nBe responsible for the management of the whole life cycle of products, and formulate data analysis indicators.\n\nTrack and study the daily data and analyze the results regularly\n\nBe responsible for research direct/in-direct competitors, service, project, analyze their strengths/weakness, and provide our USP.\n\nManage Biz-dev efforts and partnerships with business partners & crypto ventures/service providers.\n\nWork closely with Fuse management to meet specification needs in line with business objectives.\n\nProvide feedback from the market/user to improve our product and pursue successful customer value experience.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nAt least 3 years of web3 B2C and/or mobile experience or relevant experience in web3 project management.\n\nAt least 1 year of experience in DEX/CEX operation.\n\nPast experience with DAO operation - execution/practical experience.\n\nExcellent knowledge of crypto, dApps, web3 protocols, DAO, NFT services, and their strategies (MUST of MUST).\n\nKnowledge of token-economics.\n\nLogical, critical, strategic and creative thinking from high-level to deep- execution level.\n\nAbility to be self-motivated and detail-oriented while producing high quality, accurate work in a startup environment.\n\nQuick research skill, and document organization skills.Excellent attention to Ability to design KPI and run PDCA.\n\nGood presentation skills using any office tools.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nToken-economics design experiences\n\nCommunity management experiences\n\nTech understanding of protocol & technical aspects of blockchain\n\nUnderstanding of NFT market, and creator's mindset\n\nLed successful token based fundraising experience\n\nExperience in launching and growing a social networking account and community from scratch\n\nUX writing or related experience\n\nNFT creation or trading experience\n\nCrypto asset investment and management experience\n\nCreator experience or familiarity with industry networks\n\n\n\nMindset Expectation\n\nBelieve in the future of crypto/blockchain\n\nCreative thinking, Idea driven with strategy\n\nThink deep & multi-angle/layer\n\nEnjoy chaos and challenge to create the new experiences\n\nPassionate for 0 to 1 product creation and launching\n\nWork with the team, and fight for the user\n\nLove for the startup and innovation\n\n\n\n\nCompensationCompetitive monthly compensation and incentive programs reflecting relevant experience and skills of suitable candidates.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
