Ubi custom-curates Brazil’s top 5% talent to support LATAM strategies through a unique combination of staff augmentation and employer-of-record services.\n\n\nWe are assisting a U.S.-based company in expanding its engineering team with a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer passionate about building scalable, performant, and maintainable systems using clean architecture and cloud-native practices.\n\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n- Break down large or complex problems into smaller parts, design clean solutions, and implement the core framework.\n- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API.\n- Apply software architecture patterns like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS to build modular and scalable systems.\n- Work directly with SQL Server—designing databases, writing stored procedures, optimizing queries, and tuning performance.\n- Use Entity Framework (EF Core or EF6) for ORM and data access.\n- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.\n- Take full ownership of testing your own code—unit, integration, and performance testing—as part of a Shift Left / No QA team setup.\n- Collaborate with product managers and other teams to understand requirements and deliver customer-focused features.\n- Use AI development tools (required)—including GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar—to assist with code generation, refactoring, documentation, and development speed.\n\n\nCloud & AWS\nDeploy and manage applications using AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, and related services.\nImplement event-driven architectures with SNS/SQS.\nConfigure API Gateway, IAM, and monitoring via CloudWatch.\nEnsure scalability, security, and cloud best practices.\n\n\nWhat You Should Bring\n- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development.\n- Strong hands-on experience with:\nC#, .NET Core, Web API\nEntity Framework (EF Core or EF6)\nAngular or other frontend frameworks.\nSQL Server – writing queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning\n- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and enterprise architecture.\n- Experience with DDD, CQRS, and clean layering of business logic and data access.\n- Experience with AWS\n- Familiarity with multi-threading, asynchronous programming, and system performance tuning.\n- Experience with modern DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.\n- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.\n- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.\n- Experience working across multiple teams or squads.\n- Exposure to event-driven architecture or messaging patterns.\n- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture.\n- Required: Active daily use of AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar in your workflow.\n\n\nPerks @Ubiminds\nWork with U.S.-based product teams.\nRemote-first culture + MacBook provided.\nEnglish lessons, tech talks, referral bonus, and learning initiatives.\nFull back-office support: HR, career guidance, and admin services.\n\n\n👉 Apply now and join an international team building cloud-native, scalable solutions with modern engineering practices.\n\n\n\n\n\n
