Remote Founding Full Stack Engineer
\nAbout Kalder\n\n\nIt has never been more expensive to acquire customers or challenging to retain them.\n\n\nKalder is revolutionizing customer and community engagement through no-code Interactive Loyalty tools – helping brands, sports teams, creators tackle the challenges of customer acquisition and retention, trusted by GODIVA, BLONDISH, Market, Les Benjamins and more.. \n\n\nIf you are looking to make a change in how creators, brand engage with their fans you are at the right place.\n\n\n \n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n * Build autonomously and lead their vertical of feature and product in a fast pace over time in collaboration with the CEO, engineers, and design team\n\n * Develop, end to end lead new customer-facing features across our web apps and backends.\n\n * Scale our backend systems and build automation tools for our next million users\n\n * Configure monitoring, deployment and developer tooling to improve system reliability and multiply engineering efficiency\n\n * Excited to interface with smart contract protocols underlying our no-code tooling for brands.\n\n * Stellar engineering standards for clean, efficient, and well-documented code\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nArchetype\n\n\n\n * Leadership Mentality – in engineering design discussions and propose solutions to problems that take into consideration various tradeoffs (e.g. time vs. future tech debt).\n\n * Ownership Mentality – Own features and areas of the codebase, and be responsible for improving them, maintaining them, and reviewing relevant code.\n\n * Passion for building brand and creator economy and commitment for robust, scalable infrastructure\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nTech Stack:\n\n\n\n * TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, Next.js, PostgreSQL,\n\n * Solidity: Interest in integrating and working with smart contracts\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nRequirements & Expectations\n\n\n\n * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science\n\n * Track record of building full stack in early stage teams \n\n * Excitement for web3 and working with some of the biggest brands and creators in the world\n\n * Excellent communication skills - writing clear documentation, running meetings, and speaking clearly\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\nWhat you can Expect from us\n\n\n\n * Outlier pay and equity with leadership\n\n * Coolest merch, experiences and events from our brand, creator and sports teams customers \n\n * Leading team with both brand and crypto nativeness \n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
