About the roleAs a Founding AI Engineer at Dimension, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI-driven features and capabilities. This senior position requires expertise in generative AI and experience in fine-tuning models. You will work closely with our team to develop cutting-edge solutions that enhance our platform and empower thousands of teams worldwide. Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI solutions to support Dimension's AI-accelerated features
- Fine-tune and optimize AI models to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into Dimension's core platform
- In particular, develop scalable RAG solutions, using methods such as semantic search, knowledge graphs, and reranking models.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI to identify opportunities for innovation
- Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for AI development within the organization
- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth
Preferred Skills and Experience- Experience with generative AI and their applications, such as using and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience in semantic search, implementing RAG applications, or using knowledge graphs is of particular interest.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
