Joining now means helping shape our vision, structures and systems; playing a key-role as we launch into our ambitious future.\n\n \n\nCheck out life at Robinhood on The Muse!\nAbout the team and role: \n\nAs part of the Financial Crimes Investigations team, you will perform Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of cases and Suspicious Activity Reports prepared by our investigators, primarily involving our cryptocurrency products. Your QA review results will be critical to improving our investigations processes and a significant driver in developing our crypto investigations function.\nWhat youโll do day-to-day:\n\n\n* Perform Quality Assurance reviews of the work performed by AML Investigators, primarily on cases involving cryptocurrency\n\n* Develop targeted training and feedback to provide to AML Investigators\n\n* Generate and review QA feedback prior to distribution to other teams/processes, as needed\n\n* Serve as a subject matter expert on the QA reviews and Financial Crimes Investigations processes\n\n\n\nAbout you:\n\n\n* Bachelorโs Degree in relevant field\n\n* 3+ years working at a broker-dealer, cryptocurrency institution, or other financial institution in regulatory compliance, or related consulting experience for financial services/fintech clients\n\n* 3+ years of experience in AML investigations\n\n* Experience with blockchain analytics software (e.g. Chainalysis, Elliptic, CipherTrace, TRM Labs)\n\n* Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and applicable rules (i.e. BSA, FinCEN, NYDFS), especially relating to virtual currencies\n\n* Familiarity with regulations relevant to broker-dealers including: Bank Secrecy Act, PATRIOT ACT, KYC requirements, as well as an understanding of applicable broker-dealer regulations (Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Regulation T, etc.) and products\n\n* Ability and passion to learn and adapt quickly. Robinhood is moving quickly, as is the crypto space. Weโre looking for candidates that are motivated by change, and can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment\n\n* Keen attention to detail, organization, and process improvements, including gap identification and root-cause analysis capabilities\n\n\n\nBonus points:\n\n\n* Crypto-specific investigative work experience, and knowledge of blockchain analysis across various crypto products\n\n* Crypto compliance certifications (CCI, CTCE, CCFC, Reactor, KYT)\n\n* ACAMS certified\n\n* Passed the SIE or hold FINRA Series license(s)\n\n* Experience with Actimize and/or Nasdaq SMARTS Trade Surveillance system\n\n* Masters, or other graduate, degree\n\n* Experience in a project lead or mentorship capacity\n\n\n\n\nCO Residents: In Colorado, the base pay for this position ranges from $80000 to $106000.
