Weโre seeking passionate, experienced talent to help bring our groundbreaking products to dog lovers across North America.\n\n\n\nPosition Overview:\n* Weโre looking for a proactive and strategic E-Commerce Sales Manager to lead our online marketplace presence. This individual will be responsible for onboarding our products onto major third-party e-commerce platforms, managing digital inventory, executing promotions, and driving online sales growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically savvy, and excited to help build a brand from the ground up.\n\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n* Manage the end-to-end onboarding process of our products to major e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to: Walmart.com, Target.com, Chewy.com, PetSmart.com, Petco.com, etc.\n* Upload and optimize product listings, images, videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata across platforms.\n* Monitor and maintain product inventory across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs or overselling.\n* Work cross-functionally to align product listings and promotions with marketing campaigns and seasonal opportunities.\n* Run and manage promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns on e-commerce channels to drive traffic and increase sales.\n* Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and promotional effectiveness.\n* Ensure accurate order flow and coordinate with fulfillment partners to resolve issues quickly.\n* Stay current on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n* 3+ years experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Chewy Vendor Portal, etc.)\n* Strong knowledge of product onboarding and catalog management across multiple online retailers\n* Experience running promotions and campaigns on third-party platforms\n* Highly organized with sharp attention to detail\n* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills\n* Excellent communication and project management skills\n* Passion for pets and startup culture is a plus\n\n\n\n\nWhat We Offer:\n* Opportunity to join a startup with patented products and a strong brand mission\n* Entrepreneurial work environment with room to grow\n* Direct impact on company trajectory and success\n* Flexible work arrangements\n* Competitive compensation\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
