What is Polygon Labs?\nPolygon Labs develops Ethereum scaling solutions for Polygon protocols. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.\nWe are searching for a Growth Marketer leader with a strong understanding of the Web3 industry and product to join our Marketing team. As a Lead of Growth Marketing, you will Increase Polygon Labsโs brand awareness, sentiment and support for builders in the Polygon ecosystem by implementing effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Web3, has experience leading teams, knows how to create a compelling branding positioning, and is skilled in using data-driven insights.\nWhat you'll be doing\n\n\n\n* Lead and support the execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies with a strong focus on the current Web3 narratives and protocols.\n\n* Create compelling stories and messages that resonate with our audience and supports our positioning.\n\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, social, BD, and product.\n\n* Conduct market research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and market positioning.\n\n* Work with ecosystem participants, KOLs and community members to support our campaigns and narratives.\n\n* Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on brand sentiment and engagement.\n\n* Collaborate with the product team to support our product launches and GTM strategy based on insights and market trends\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n\n* Proven experience (6+ years) in growth marketing or brand roles, preferably in a technology-driven company / Web3 space.\n\n* Understanding in web3 / blockchain space.\n\n* Strong understanding of branding, positioning and messaging, with a track record of successful product launches or growth initiatives.\n\n* Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.\n\n* Experience managing KOLs, influencers and relationships with other projects\n\n* Experience leading a team of growth marketers.\n\n* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results within deadlines.\n\n\nPolygon Labs Perks\nThe goal of the Polygon Labs total rewards program is to support the health and well-being of you and your family.
