This critical team player, leader, and coach, will plan, budget, oversee and track all functions related to pipeline creation in support of the companyโs global revenue targets. With a strong focus on data and metrics, the Demand Generation Director will oversee integrated marketing programs leveraging inbound, ABM, field, content marketing and other strategies.\n\nWhat youโll be responsible for:\n\n\n* Lead a global team to deliver consistently on key business metrics (MQLs & SQLs).\n\n* Establish predictability in demand generation performance in support of the companyโs aggressive growth objectives.\n\n* Define and champion scalable, repeatable departmental processes.\n\n* Build the annual and quarterly demand generation plans based on sales targets.\n\n* Track & measure demand generation performance and quickly adjust strategy and tactics based on insights.\n\n* Forecast and present results of demand generation to senior management.\n\n* Grow the team through hiring and training.\n\n\n\n\nWhat you bring to the table:\n\n\n* 7+ years' marketing experience at an Enterprise SaaS company (minimum 3 years in a Director-level role)\n\n* Expert in inbound marketing, ABM, email marketing and field marketing best practices.\n\n* Deep understanding of the B2B customer journey and the implications on marketing strategy.\n\n* Ability to compile and analyze data to develop metrics that support decision-making.\n\n* Analytical with a strong ability to think strategically, execute, and deliver measurable results.\n\n* A leader, a team player and a coach that doesnโt hesitate to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.\n\n* Exceptional English writing and verbal communication skills.\n\n* Intimate knowledge of common MarTech, specifically Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Google Analytics, SEMrush, 6Sense, and LinkedIn/Google advertising suites.\n\n\n\n\n#LI-FH1 #LI-Remote #EN\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
