Join us in our mission to positively impact US cardiology.โฏ \n\nAbout the Job \n\nCardioOne is seeking a driven and dynamic Digital Marketing and SEO Manager to join our growing team and help us enhance our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to accelerate patient acquisition across all our cardiology practices. You will serve as an extension of their marketing efforts, with a focus on digital and traditional marketing. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for all things digital. You will work directly with our cardiology practices and be the project manager for our third-party marketing vendors. You will run and manage SEO for all practices, support other digital marketing efforts, and be the project manager across all marketing products (website, social media, online reputation management, etc.). You will work remotely and report directly to the Head of Strategy and Operations. \n\nWhat youโll do: \n\n\nDevelop and implement digital marketing and patient acquisition strategies across all of CardioOne cardiology practice partners \n\nOwn and manage all SEO efforts across our different practice partners across all of our markets, reporting out on a monthly basis to physicians and CardioOne leadership \n\nCreate and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising across all of our physician practices \n\nUtilize SEO and SEM strategies to improve the organization's visibility and drive website traffic using the latest optimization methods proven to increase website performance and traffic. \n\nMonitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation for the organization. \n\nKeep track of digital marketing budget and ensure all efforts are cost-effective and within budget. \n\nPlan, strategize and track outreach events for marketing impact and ROI. \n\nMonitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. \n\nStay compliant with all healthcare regulations and laws related to digital marketing efforts. \n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll need: \n\n\nBachelorโs degree in Marketing or related field \n\n5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably to patients in the healthcare or physician practice setting \n\n3 years of SEO and/or SEM experience, preferably to patients in the healthcare or physician practice setting \n\nStrong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and online advertising \n\nStrong project management skills with the multiple marketing products and vendors \n\nFamiliarity with healthcare compliance regulations and guidelines \n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n\nProficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms \n\nCreative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas \n\n\n\n\nYou will work out of one of the following locations: \n\n\nRemote: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming \n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information \n\nFull-time base salary range of $74,000 to $90,000 (commensurate with experience) plus a bonus.
