The Sustain.Life customer experience is critically important, and this role focuses on delivering improvements to our customers’ experience. Sustain.Life's SaaS platform is designed to a This ppeal to engineers and designers alike. The cornerstone of our engineering culture is a collaborative mix of engineering and product design, allowing us to build useful and beautiful user experiences. Our technology stack is Typescript, React, GraphQL, Snowflake and Kubernetes on a Microsoft Azure-based, cloud-native architecture. This architecture uses a distributed message-orientated, microservice design to respond to our customers and new challenges.  \n\nAn ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, curiosity and responsibility. We are looking for someone preferably with experience in cloud-based architecture, customer focus, and who has a passion for change.  You will be building and delivering software that will have a real impact on our planet's future. \n\nIn this role, your core responsibilities will include:  \n\n\nExecuting independently on full-stack product development that has a heavy focus on frontend engineering.  \n\nCollaborating with Customer Success and Product to improve the customer experience within the Sustain.Life application. \n\nCollaborating across engineering, product, design and the business to drive quality and thoughtful solutions. Helping to drive operational excellence. \n\nContributing to coding standards and ongoing code quality standards. \n\nParticipating in the production on-call support rotation. \n\nHelping to facilitate growth across the broader Engineering department. \n\n\n\nWho you are:  \n\n\n3+ years' experience in a Production Engineering environment.  \n\nExperience in cloud-native architectures.  \n\nExposure to SaaS product-engineering development.  \n\nA strong communicator, capable of collaborative teamwork in a remote working environment.  \n\nA successful track record in software project completion.  \n\nExperience in GraphQL, React and Typescript is preferable. \n\n\n\nBonus - experience we'd love to see:  \n\n\nStartup experience.
