Show up ready to build.\nPosition Overview\n\nAs a Customer Success Manager with BasisTech, you will be part of an agile team that is playing a critical role in growing our business. In this role you will serve as a vital partner to our customer, helping to retain and grow our current business and enhance the value we provide to our customer base.\nWhat youโll do \n\n\nMaximize net dollar retention through proactive engagement and management of clients throughout your book of business. \n\nDevelop deep understanding of key customersโ business--from the corporate to the functional/technical level--in order to develop and drive strategic account plans.\n\nDrive continuous value with customers throughout their lifecycle, starting with onboarding and continuing through retention and growth.\n\nAssist customers in maximizing their success while utilizing our solution, coordinate and marshal internal expertise and resources to help customers achieve their goal, and generally serve as customersโ champion.\n\nSustain existing and build new relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of seniority throughout the customersโ organizations.\n\nCollaborate with Sales to identify, strategize, and coordinate opportunities for expansion and growth.\n\nBe eager to learn, committed to getting 1% better everyday and be open to feedback\n\n\n\n\nWhat youโll bring\n\n\n3+ years experience in Customer Success roles in high-growth, B2B technology companies\n\nPrior experience increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention\n\nProven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects\n\nSuperior communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of business audiences, from senior business leaders to software developers\n\nExcellent project management and analytical skills\n\nBusiness-level fluency with enterprise software and AI concepts\n\nAbility to work remotely and travel\n\nExcellent time management skills for self and others\n\nAbility to manage complex conversations across multiple stakeholders\n\n\n\n\nIf BasisTech sounds like a company you would like to join and this is a role you would thrive in, please apply.
