\nThe Senior Creative Services Project Manager will manage Creative Services projects to help customers optimize their ad and marketing spend through 6sense. Projects can encompass ad-building (social and display), ad campaign launch and optimization, and consultation (creative and strategic). \n\nResponsibilities & Accountabilities \n\n\nOversee successful delivery of Creative Services projects, working with designers and other project managers to coordinate workflow and manage deadlines. \n\n\n\n\n\nServe as customer liaison, communicating regularly to stay on top of requests and address challenges. \n\n\n\n\n\nProvide consultative support across the customer base, addressing advertising and marketing questions and offering targeted optimization feedback. \n\n\n\n\n\nLaunch, monitor, optimize, and report on customer display and social ad campaigns, providing feedback rooted in best practices.โฏ \n\n\n\n\n\nStay up to date on latest advertising features and trends, as well as the account-based marketing and broader competitive landscape. \n\n\n\n\n\nHelp develop customer-facing advertising and marketing best practices and resources.โฏ \n\n\n\n\n\nAs needed, write copy for ads, landing pages, and other customer content, in addition to internal resources.\n\n\n\n\nPerformance Measurement \n\n\nCustomer satisfaction \n\n\n\n\n\nEngagement renewals \n\n\n\n\n\nROI on managed projects and campaigns \n\n\n\n\nEducational and Experience Requirements \n\n\n7+ years of editorial, marketing, and/or advertising experience \n\n\n\n\n\nBA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or other relevant field\n\n\n\n\nCompetencies and Behaviors \n\n\nSuperior organizational skills, with proven ability to deliver high-quality work on deadline \n\n\n\n\n\nExemplary communication skills, with both internal teams and clients \n\n\n\n\n\nStrong understanding of marketing and advertising industry (bonus if you know ABM) \n\n\n\n\n\nFamiliarity with project management tools like Asana and creative tools like Adobe \n\n\n\n\n\nSolid grasp on design and copywriting best practices \n\nWriting and editing acumen (as needed/preferred) \n\n\n\n\nBase Salary Range: $112,931 to $165,631. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6senseโs total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6senseโs board.
