The Project Manager manages multiple projects, Construction Managers/Assistants, and proactively oversees the relationships of our trade base within their market. The Project Manager serves as the point person for dealing with and managing all aspects of horizontal and vertical scheduling for the site and assists with expediting whenever possible. Finally, the Project Manager is responsible for several key performance indicators including cost, quality and production schedule, employee, and trade performance. \n\n\n*The Construction Project Manager must be able to navigate job sites and comply with all company safety requirements.\n*The Construction Project Manager position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. take the time to understand the needs of our trade partners and stakeholders.\n* Able to proactively identify issues and concerns as early as possibleHighly dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.\n* Able to set priorities and stick to timelines.\n* Collaborative team players and culture builders.\n* Strong business acumen.\n* Comfortable with data analysis and using technology to simplify work processes.\n* Strong leadership qualities and a values-based commitment to continuous improvement and team development.\n* Strong interpersonal skills.\n* Operate with humility.\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n* Assist with site planning, sequencing, phasing, and plotting new communities.\n* Perform Due Diligence/VE on all new communities within assigned market Lead/Assist the buyout process and contractual negotiations with trade partners.\n* Put together monthly draw packages for owners as needed.\n* Assist in horizontal development review/VE.\n* Assure horizontal coordination with vertical build.\n* Assist with development/VE of vertical product in coordination with consultants, trades, and purchasing.\n* Coordinate internal resources as required for executing the blueprint for each assigned project.\n* Manage resource allocation to ensure completion of all our home builds across the assigned market to minimize downtime.\n* Ensure quality and control costs.\n* Review project scopes and change orders -
