Remote Community Manager Intern

By incentivizing and gamifying engagement in the Bitcoin.com ecosystem, Verse supercharges Bitcoin.com’s mission to onboard the world to crypto and accelerate the transition towards a more inclusive financial system. \n\n \n\nMust have Skills\n\n\n* Strong written communication skills (short- and long-form)\n\n* Terminally Online: you must live, eat, and breathe the internet. Up to date with the latest memes, trends, news, and what’s going on online\n\n* Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics for reporting\n\n* Highly self-motivated and well-organized\n\n* A passion for crypto (or deep-diving into learning about it)\n\n* Comfortable with being on livestreams, both video and voice - quick on your feet to manage any response that may be necessary\n\n* Prior experience managing and executing content on various social platforms\n\n* Has owned or/and managed community spaces before (discord groups, social media channels, etc)\n\n\n\n\nBonus skills\n\n\n* Video/photo editing skills\n\n* Familiar with programs like Adobe Suite\n\n* Crypto-degen (or if not, willing to become one)\n\n* Fluent in languages other than English, especially Spanish/Chinese/Japanese\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n* Be “active” consistently in our community channels to help foster positive energy and reactivate community participation (Telegram Groups, Discord, Twitter \n\n* Become Verse’s #1 Megafan to help spread it throughout communities\n\n* “Crisis Management” - help with Q&A in any relevant channels from users\n\n* Help plan and host live hangouts/contests/campaigns for channels\n\n\n* To include AMAs, X circles, youtube live streaming, etc.\n\n\n\n\n\n* Work with Social/Marketing to promote certain campaigns and updates\n\n* Work with support to help users out\n\n* Promote Bitcoincom and Verse\n\n* Help with publishing videos\n\n* Promote Snapshot votes to let users use Verse to vote on things we have up for vote\n\n* Identify collaboration prospects with other relevant communities and influencers\n\n\n\n\nPersonality\n\n\n* Friendly and collaborative\n\n* Eager to work and learn\n\n* Self-starter\n\n* Sense of humor, but respectful/appropriate \n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
