Remote Community Manager

You will be instrumental in hyping up our community, fostering engaging and relaxed spaces, and maintaining a supportive environment. Your proficiency with platforms like Discord and Twitter (X) will be key in creating an interactive and welcoming space for community members, extending beyond just troubleshooting to truly enhance their experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* \nActively manage and moderate community interactions on platforms like Discord and Twitter (X), and Telegram.\n\n* \nDevelop and implement initiatives to increase community engagement and participation.\n\n* \nRespond proactively and timely to community inquiries and discussions; manage tickets\n\n* \nOrganize and coordinate online events, AMAs, and other community activities to hype up and energize the community.\n\n* \nCollaborate with other teams to relay feedback from the community and implement improvements.\n\n* \nMonitor community trends and suggest new ways to create more engaging and relaxed spaces for members.\n\n* \nAddress and resolve conflicts within the community, maintaining a harmonious environment.\n\n* \nCreate and enforce community guidelines to ensure respectful and constructive interactions.\n\n* \nRegularly report on community feedback, insights, and sentiment to help shape community strategies.\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n* \nExperience as a Community Moderator, Community Manager, or similar role, in blockchain-related fields.\n\n* \nDeep understanding of the crypto community, with the ability to resonate with its culture and dynamics.
