Remote Community Lead

Ahead of major upcoming launches, we are excited to welcome our first dedicated community hire to nurture our early community of supporters who are passionate about our vision and our technology. \nWe are looking for someone who is deeply in tune with web3, creative, ambitious, organized, and has experience with and is passionate about building a community.\nResponsibilities\n\n\n\n* You will engage the community directly, serving as a bridge between the core team and the community. Your primary directives are cultivating good vibes, quality memes, and lots of fun.\n\n* You'll create and shepherd the strategy for community growth, including structuring programs for community contributions and creating processes for recognizing positive contributions.\n\n* You’ll lead the organization and coordination of online community events such as community calls, twitter spaces, AMAs, and contests.\n\n* You'll track community growth and manage KPIs to inform growth strategy.
