At Upshot, we are committed to nurturing top talent looking to make an impact at the forefront of this new frontier.\n\n\n\nResponsibilities\n* Build and maintain a deep understanding of our product and the latest developments across Web 3 (especially across DeFi and NFTs)\n* Identify prospective partners\n* Share integration and partnership ideas with internal colleagues\n* Conduct initial outreach\n* Support and lead partnership discussions\n* Negotiate and finalize partnerships\n* Retain and develop existing partnerships\n* Communicate with clients to ensure a positive experience and continuous business growth\n* Implement, design and execute programs to develop client retention & reduce turnover\n* Develop a strong and warm network of key contacts across the ecosystems we’re active in\n* Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to build and execute on a coherent strategy \n\n\n\nRequirements \n* Extremely well connected in the Web3 NFT/DeFi/Web3 Gaming space\n* Experience working in a similar role or capacity focused on APAC markets\n* Passion for crypto, and a solid understanding of recent global trends and use cases\n* 2-5+ years of experience in a Business Development and/or Partnerships role in the Web3 space\n* Ability to build relationships/trust (internally and externally) with cross-department teams\n* Confidence, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead customers, from technical personnel to C-level executives, in urgent or critical situations\n* Strong interpersonal skills suited to long-term relationship building\n* Strong analytic capacity to understand and explain crypto-based solutions\n* Conscientious, organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your work\n\n\n\n\n\nUpshot is an equal opportunity employer.
