We are looking for a pro-active, highly detailed-oriented Atlassian Administrator to join our team.\n\nWhat you’ll do:\n\n\nProvide Level II / III support to teams and end users\n\nPerform medium to high complexity configuration changes independently\n\nEvaluate configuration changes for risk, usability, and scalability\n\nAssist with plugin management, system configuration changes, and migrations\n\nWhere necessary, train users on best practices\n\n\n\n\nWhat you bring:\n\n\nTypically requires a minimum of 10-12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience supporting Cloud deployments of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence\n\nStrong communication and technical writing skills\n\nStrong knowledge of JQL, automation, and reporting capabilities of Jira\n\nProven track record of supporting Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban)\n\nAbility to integrate Jira with 3rd party products\n\n\n\n\nNice to have:\n\n\nAtlassian certifications\n\nExperience with migrations (Server2Cloud, Cloud2Cloud)\n\nConsulting/advisory experience with an Atlassian partner\n\n\n\n\nBy joining Invitae, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s experts in genetics and healthcare at the forefront of genetic medicine.
