At the same time, providing world-class customer service while keeping the customer’s information up to date within the company’s CRM.\n\n\n\nEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities:\n* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries.\n* Verify and enter prospective client information into the designated CRM.\n* Enter any customer escalations into the designated CRM.\n* Make Outbound servicing calls to customers to offer cross sell products\n\n\n\nRequired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:\n* 1-2 years of proven customer service experience\n* 1-2 years of phone sales experience preferred \n* Prior experience with financial products is preferred. \n* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications \n* Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented \n* Good written and verbal communication skills \n* Team Player \n* Professional demeanor\n\n\n\n\n\nCompensation: $18/hr. \n\n\nAdditional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:\n\n\nJob duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
