\nPosition Description:\n\nAndela is looking for an Account Executive to join the SMB team! As a key member of our SMB organization, youโll play an invaluable role in Andelaโs strategy and sell into some of the top engineering leaders in the world. Youโll be an individual contributor focusing solely on new business, selling to prospects and managing qualified leads generated by our sales development organization. Youโll also leverage your own prospecting skills to bolster your pipeline, all the while contributing to best practices that support the success of your greater team.\n\nResponsibilities: \n\n\nDemonstrate a strong business case for Andela through a consultative and value-driven sales process\n\nMeet and exceed your sales goals through forging relationships with key decision makers within target accounts with the end goal of securing new business and growing overall client revenue Identify, prioritize, and track progress towards key account metrics and annual quota\n\nStay current on our clients' business, industry, and key objectives and challenges so that you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadership\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle\n\nPresent to a wide audience of potential buyers including C-level and executive sponsors both in person and virtually\n\n\n\n\nRequirements:\n\n\nFull-cycle sales experience ideally in consulting, human capital management technology, staffing or recruiting industry\n\nConsistent achievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory closing service offerings\n\nExcellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and finding solutions\n\nPassion for Andela and a strong motivation to bring in new clients to maximize revenue\n\nDrive and willingness to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic\n\nStrategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results\n\nAn entrepreneurial spirit and creativity that sparks your capacity for building and growing business\n\nAbility to play well with others on your team through collaboration and sharing of best practices\n\nProficiency in salesforce, salesloft, and other CRM or automation tools\n\n\n\n\nThis role is fully remote #LI-Remote #LI-RL \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
