\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a talented, experienced Software Engineers to join our polyglot language team. We use Java, PHP, Ruby and Javascript, using the most appropriate language for the job. We work using various IDE’s (Intellij, Sublime, PHPStorm) on Linux (Ubuntu, Mint, Centos) with Chef and Vagrant. We hold regular Lunch & Learn sessions, meetups and give Engineers half a day a week to pursue personal projects. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will act as a design and implementation specialist. You will contribute to functional and system quality improvements for our systems.\n\nAs a Senior Software Engineer you will also:\n\n\n* Work in all stages of the development life cycle from requirements analysis, design specification and implementation;\n\n* Work with the techops team to clarify and communicate infrastructure impact;\n\n* Work with the core platform team on core frameworks, libraries, performance, security and other system qualities;\n\n* Utilise your problem solving skills to debug staging and production issues at all levels of the stack;\n\n* Work as a key Engineer in a highly skilled development team.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
