We are looking to grow rapidly with help of our best-in class fulfillment and operations technology. As Senior Product Manager in Operations, your goal is to help build the technology needed to grow a Teespring creators ability to sell anything, anywhere across the world. You will be working directly with internal fulfillment, business operations, and engineering teams and external 3PL partners to help support creating and fulfilling thousands of products every day all around the world. You will set the roadmap and inspire the team to build the best creator commerce platform. This role could be located at our location in Hebron, Kentucky or could be remote (preferably Easter Standard Time zone).\n\nKey responsibilities\n\n\n* Structure and lead user research and competitive analysis to inform product direction\n\n* Set the product development roadmap and pivot as demands change\n\n* Work closely with engineering, fulfillment, business operations and marketing partners to lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch\n\n* Identify new growth opportunities to help scale with 3PLs and manufacturing partners across the globe\n\n* Be the point person for your product area to leadership and across the organization\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRequirements\n\n\nWhat do we need?\n\n\n* 3-5 years of product management experience (e-Commerce Fulfillment experience is a plus)\n\n* Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction based on customer needs\n\n* Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders\n\n* Love analytics and tracking impact of your projects\n\n* Ability to both think strategically for long-term vision, as well as operate in the details of short-term projects\n\n* Excellent communication skills - from emails to meetings to all hands\n\n* Self-motivated and have a growth mindset\n\n* Highly impact driven with insatiable curiosity for how we could be better\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
