Then keep reading.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou love to maintain and enhance the SalesForce tool for Sales, Executive Dashboards, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Operations.\n\nYou'll have a primary focus on the configuration of page layouts, workflow processes and rules, document templates, data fields, support of department dashboards, develop/support user requested reports, and process daily user requests/comments. We use a variety of applications, which means you’ll work with Trello, Slack, Confluence, Google drive, etc. and look for ways to integrate Salesforce with our existing tool stack. You will be working with a disruptive consulting firm that helps companies transform for success in the digital future. \n\nYou have been an experienced Salesforce Administrator with working knowledge of setup for a professional services company. Knowing how to setup Org Wide Defaults, Sharing Rules, Field Level Security, Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets is required. You understand how to develop Custom tabs, validation rules, approval processes and Auto-Response for automating business logic. Being comfortable sharing ideas and solutions to help ensure Modus is using Salesforce “best practices” is important and encouraged. \n\nYou bring 3+ years of Salesforce administration and experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You have proven experience implementing and improving Salesforce processes for Professional Services/Consulting companies. Minimum 3+ years of experience with Enterprise implementation of SFDC applications including: report, workflow, process builders, Community, Apex, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, JavaScript and HTML. \n\nYou have the ability to deal with multiple requests from cross-functional teams and can prioritize your work independently. Experience with Salesforce Analytics (Einstein Analytics), Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Mobile SDK, Salesforce DX and/Or Autorabbit is a plus. Having a Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred. \n\nHaving overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST morning hours daily. In addition, reliable high speed internet is a must.\n\nYou use Trello, Confluence or similar products for tracking work and you are highly independent requiring minimal supervision and direction.\n\nYou love learning.
