\nGravity4, the World’s First High-Frequency Marketing Operating System combining social, web, mobile, email, and CRM into a single click advertising interface is seeking an experienced PHP Engineer for a multinational (Remote) contract position.\n\n\n* In this role, you will be expected to possess an exceptional ability to learn on the job, take complete ownership of your work, and jump into a variety of problem sets that may transcend your knowledge and skill limits.\n\n* Much of the work will involve writing, testing, and deploying high quality code whilst working with cross-functional product teams to seamlessly integrate our technology across our product universe.\n\n* In return for being part of a sharp and collaborative team, building world-class solutions and implementing improvements within our product universe, Gravity4 is offering a highly attractive compensation package.\n\n* In addition to a competitive rate, you will have flexible work hours such as the option to work full or part time; and the unique opportunity to help shape the strategic direction of a budding company.\n\n\n\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n\n* Building world-class solutions and owning improvements on one or more existing products within our product universe, while working hand in hand with a team of other talented developers.\n\n* Analyzing and amending PHP software and MySQL database errors in a timely and accurate fashion and providing status reports to the Applications Development Manager.\n\n* Working closely with the Architects, developers, program and product managers conceptualizing and developing new software programs, databases and applications.\n\n* Meeting deliverable schedules in the development life cycle (SDLC) for a variety of projects.\n\n* Assisting in the preparation and documentation of software requirements and specifications.\n\n* Consistently write, translate, and code software programs, stored procedures and applications according to specifications with the guidance of the Applications Development Manager.\n\n* Running and monitoring software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.\n\n* Administering critical analysis of test results and delivering solutions to problem areas.\n\n* Serving as a liaison with network administrators, systems analysts, database administrators and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or the organization’s software systems or databases.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
