* Develop well designed, testable, efficient code using software development best practices.\n* Refactor, optimise, and improve the existing codebase for scale.\n* Collaborating with other members of the product development team (developers, UX designers, PM etc) to achieve project objectives.\n* Ensuring the security of our backend web infrastructure. \n\n# Requirements\n* Strong experience with PHP 7.x and the Laravel framework\n* Strong experience with CSS / HTML / JS\n* Ideally experience of OOCSS / BEM / SMACCS or similar methodologies\n* Experience with Golang would be an advantage\n* Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications\n* Knowledge of secure coding practices\n* Fluent in SQL and able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes\n* Experience writing unit and integration tests\n* Proficient with Git\n* Ideally experience working in a remote, globally-distributed, agile team environment.\n \n\nPlease mention the words **PURPOSE GIANT SPICE** when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMy4yMjcuMjI5LjE5NA==).
