\nTenet3 is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building a visually-exciting, high-performing, intuitive web application to solve challenging security problems.\n\nApplicants must be located in or willing to relocate to Ohio.\n\nEssential Job Duties\n\nYou will use a ReactJS, Redux, CSS and HTML client-side stack to interact with users. You will:\n\n\n* Develop, test, enhance, debug, and implement software\n\n* Collaborate with the design and project teams on product specifications\n\n* Configure applications according to design specifications\n\n* Participate in peer reviews of code written by other developers\n\n* Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications\n\n* Participate in development of software documentation and user manuals\n\n* Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools\n\n* Assist in preparing estimates for implementing new system enhancements\n\n\n\n\nSkills/Qualifications\n\n\n* Eligibility to establish and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance (see Department of State Frequently Asked Questions)\n\n* Recognized expertise in developing non-trivial JavaScript applications\n\n* Mastery of computer science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms)\n\n* A work portfolio demonstrating with clean, well-tested code\n\n* Demonstrated experience working with customers using iterative development methodologies\n\n* Knowledgable of optimization techniques, including code splitting, compression and caching\n\n* Familiarity with push-based technologies including notifications and web sockets\n\n* Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients\n\n* Familiarity with backend applications (Django, Rails, Laravel or equivalent)\n\n* Familiarity with user analytics and A/B testing\n\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience\n\nOur preference is a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
