Alternatively, ideas and companies that leverage accelerating technologies, that use new organizational techniques, and that are driven by a ‘massive transformative purpose’ (a higher, aspirational calling) will be the ones to thrive.\n\nWhat is your higher, aspirational calling? \n\nLead Engineer - Mobile & Web:\nEvery company Rokk3r Labs cobuilds has a dedicated Lead Engineer who operates at the intersection of entrepreneurs, project managers, designers and developers. As a lead, you will influence and manage the execution of startup companies in the formative, planning, pre and post-launch stages. While the primary responsibilities are technical, communication between stakeholders is the most important aspect of your position.\n\nSpecific Responsibilities:\n\n\n* Collaborate with the Entrepreneur, Lead Product Architect (UX) and other stakeholders to forge an idea and build its platform to meet the needs of a dynamic, global market.\n\n\nManage and review developer contributions to git repositories.\n\n\n\nDrive the development and communication of design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.\n\n\nPrepare the execution plan for the development team, follow and guide all the team members to the flawless execution.\n\n\n\nDevelop and execute project architecture.\n\n\nEnsure best development practices are followed and code quality is met.\n\n\n\nMentor, coach and guide team members during the development stage.\n\n\nSuggest the best technologies suitable for the nature of the products to be built.\n\n\n\nManage deployments and servers. \n\n\nWork within Agile (Scrum) process.\n\n\n\nFoster a team culture of learning, creativity, self-improvement & team building.\n\n\nAdapt quickly to meet the needs of multiple entrepreneurs and deadlines.\n\n\n\nThink and create a product based on several code pieces, produced by teammates, while maintaining overarching goals and quality.\n\n\nIdentify user requirements and translate them into efficient technical requirements.\n\n\n\nHave in mind all the functional and nonfunctional requirements, translate them to the development team and assure the product met that set of requirements.\n\n\nBuild a team of like-minded engineers to continue scaling the idea with the right team culture in place. \n\n\n\nPlan and create code and process standards to be followed for all the developers in the new company.\n\n\n \n\n#Salary and compensation\n
